REFUND POLICY

Wrong Shipment or Short Shipment only

Tech2Cool will refund your payment

  • fully for a wrong shipment (ie product shipped has a different manufacturer catalog number from product ordered)
  • partially for an incomplete shipment (ie one or more products missing out of several products ordered).

Please message us or email us your Order Number and a description of the wrong shipment or short shipment together with a brief picture or video clip as applicable. In case of a wrong shipment, we shall arrange to collect the parcel back from you (together with its original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories and other contents). Once our Warehouse validates the wrong shipment, we shall submit our refund application to our payment gateway for them to deposit the amount in your credit card or PayPal account.

We do not refund payments under any other circumstances or for any other reason.

Warranty Terms

As Originally Defined By Manufacturer

  • Scope of warranty on all our products is as originally defined by respective manufacturers (eg limited to hardware defects, limited to use by the original buyer etc).
  • Warranty period for all our products is as originally defined by respective manufacturers (eg six months, one year, two years, three years, lifetime etc).

Serviced And Executed Out Of Singapore Only

Warranty for all our products is executed by the respective manufacturers' Authorised Service Providers in Singapore only.

Warranty Procedure For Singapore Customers

Carry-In Versus Onsite (As Originally Defined By Manufacturer)

  • Warranty is always ‘carry-in’ unless specifically mentioned as ‘onsite’.

Please message us or email us your Order Number and a description of the defect together with a brief screenshot or audio/video clip as applicable.

  • For products with ‘carry-in’ warranty (as originally defined by manufacturer), we shall guide you to carry the defective product to their Authorised Service Centre (together with its original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories and other contents). Upon validating the defect, the Authorised Service Centre will issue you a replacement unit.
  • For products with ‘onsite’ warranty (as originally defined by manufacturer), we shall liaise with their Authorised Service Engineer to visit you, pick up the defective product and deliver back to you the repaired unit or a replacement unit as soon as available.

Return Shipping (At Customer Cost) -> Replacement Shipping (At Tech2Cool Cost)

Please message us or email us your Order Number and a description of the defect together with a brief screenshot or audio/video clip as applicable.

We shall guide you to ship the defective product back to us together with its original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories and other contents (this return shipping will be at customer's cost). After the manufacturer's Authorised Service Centre validates the defect, we shall ship you the repaired unit or a replacement unit as soon as available (this replacement shipping will be at Tech2Cool's cost, of course).
