Please contact the manufacturer's Singapore Customer Support keeping the serial number of your product and a copy of our tax invoice handy.
For products with ‘carry-in’ warranty, they will guide you to carry the defective product to their Authorised Service Centre (together with its original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories and other contents) and deliver you the repaired unit or a replacement unit as soon as available.
For products with ‘onsite’ warranty, they will arrange for their Authorised Engineer to visit you.
In case of any difficulty while following the above procedure, please Message us or Email us with your Order Number.
Please message us or email us your Order Number and a description of the defect together with a brief screenshot or audio/video clip as applicable. Depending on the manufacturer's policy and advice, we shall either:
Guide you to ship the defective product back to us together with its original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories and other contents (this will be at your cost, so you may want to use simple Registered Mail) and ship you the repaired unit or a replacement unit as soon as available (this will be at our cost, of course) OR
Directly ship you a replacement unit after requesting you to destroy the defective unit at your end with a picture as proof.
